Overview

The Wordfik ZSV360 is a high-capacity dry claw vacuum pump engineered for industrial applications requiring oil-free, contamination-free vacuum performance. As part of Wordfik's ZSV series, this rotary volumetric vacuum pump features two conjugate meshing claw-shaped rotors driven by synchronous high-precision gears. The rotors operate without contact between each other or the pump housing, leaving only a small gap. This non-contact design ensures reliable operation, minimal wear, low vibration, and low noise.

The ZSV360 delivers a pumping speed of 360 m³/h at 50Hz and 430 m³/h at 60Hz. It is available in two cooling configurations: air-cooled achieving 200 mbar ultimate pressure, and water-cooled achieving 80 mbar ultimate pressure. Powered by a 7.5 kW (50Hz) or 9 kW (60Hz) motor, the ZSV360 is suitable for low and medium vacuum fields, primarily extracting air and other dry gases. It can be used independently, in series or parallel configurations, or as a fore pump for other vacuum systems.
