Overview

The Wordfik ZSV900 is the flagship model of the ZSV series, representing the pinnacle of dry claw vacuum pump technology. This rotary volumetric vacuum pump features two conjugate meshing claw-shaped rotors driven by synchronous high-precision gears. The rotors operate without contact between each other or the pump housing, leaving only a small gap — a design that ensures reliable operation, minimal wear, low vibration, and low noise.

The ZSV900 delivers an industry-leading pumping speed of 900 m³/h at 50Hz and 1080 m³/h at 60Hz, achieving an ultimate pressure of 80 mbar under water-cooled operation. Powered by an 18.5 kW (50Hz) or 22.2 kW (60Hz) high-efficiency motor, the ZSV900 is engineered for the most demanding large-scale industrial applications requiring massive gas evacuation capacity.

As the largest model in the ZSV series, the ZSV900 is suitable for low and medium vacuum fields, primarily extracting air and other dry gases. It can be used alone, in series (to increase vacuum degree), or in parallel (to increase pumping rate), and also serves as a fore pump for other vacuum systems.
